
Last week was another busy one for The Capability Bridge as some of the team have been out in Africa running a Brand Ideation session for a multi-national FMCG client.
We pride ourselves on creating new thinking and breaking away from internal norms and creative constraints that exist within a business. This is a Capability that can be hard to achieve, but our unique ideation process allowed the client’s teams to work together on a brand that needed to keep its past equity, but bring a new and fresh approach to take it forward and keep it relevant. There has been some tremendous feedback, post the workshop, but more importantly some really great thinking that has enabled them to create the foundations of a “ Big Idea” that will deliver on their business objectives. Our experience and expertise in emerging markets, means that the Capability Bridge is uniquely placed to help brands, even with the constraints on resources and in the operating environment that confront many brands in Africa, Asia and Latam.
